Healing Choice Massage Therapy and Bodywork (HCMTB) caters to each client by using different modalities and an open mind to solve a client’s specific needs. HCMTB has many bodywork modalities to choose from, including but not limited to: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Medi-Cupping, and Myofascial Release Therapy. HCMTB wants each person that comes to us to leave refreshed, relaxed, and pain free. HCMTB’s ultimate goal is to get each of our clients one step closer to living a long, healthy, and pain free life one session at a time.        

Healing Choice's View on Massage

Massage is particularly powerful in helping to restore the connection between body and mind. It works by increasing awareness of the parts of the body which are causing pain. You can then begin to realize the things in your everyday life that cause or aggravate those pains. For example, your posture while sitting at a desk and even just the stress of the day can create undo strain on your muscles. You can then begin to make small adjustments to both consciously and unconsciously help relieve that pain.

Healing Choice believes that the way to ensure the best possible results is to listen to the individual needs of each client and to tailor their treatment accordingly. One day your body may require a deep tissue and MyoFascial release massage, while the next time you may need a blend of relaxation, hot stones and aromatherapy. By using different approaches as needed, we can help get you to feeling better sooner. Each treatment is informed by the needs of the client as discussed in consultation at the first treatment and can be adjusted as needed through out treatment.
